WHAT DOES IT DO? Proteolytic (protein dissolving) enzymes serve many purposes in the body. They dissolve proteins for digestion, they police the body for cancer cells, they are anti-inflammatory, they help with autoimmune diseases, and they dissolve arterial plaque.
